Keeprio is a product, currently in internal testing, for tracking client commitments at software agencies. This policy explains what information we collect through keeprio.app and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request to join the pilot, we collect the details you submit:
- Name, work email address, and company name
- Team size (optional)
- Your description of your biggest follow-up challenge (optional)
Our servers also process standard technical data, such as IP address and request headers, to deliver the site and protect the form from abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To review pilot interest and contact you about fit
- To understand which problems agencies want solved and improve the product
- To prevent spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and service providers
The site and pilot submissions are hosted on Cloudflare. Submissions are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure, which may be located outside your country. We may use email and productivity tools to contact you, and they process your information only to provide their services to us.
Retention
We keep pilot submissions only as long as needed to run the pilot and follow up with you, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing contact@keeprio.app.
Children
Keeprio is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16.
